Rebate Terms And Conditions:

All Texas Rentals wants to ensure you are eligible for a rebate. Here is what you must do in order to qualify for a rebate.

1. Before you visit a property you must contact All Texas Rentals and let us know which property you are interested in and we will let you know if we are required to escort you to the property or you can go visit the property on your own. Some properties require brokers/agents to escort their clients to the initial visit to the property or they may require us to pre-register you before you visit.
2. You must let the property management company, leasing agent, other broker/agent know you were referred by All Texas Rentals during the initial visit.
3. You must ensure All Texas Rentals is written down on any guest registration card(s) and/or rental application. If you have a roommate or roommates, you must ensure every guest card and every rental application has All Texas Rentals as the referral source. You can qualify for an additional $50 Rebate for Any Referral you send our way that leases and uses our services.
4. You must sign a lease of at least 6 months or longer.
5. You must lease with a property management company, rental owner, apartment community that allows real estate representation/rental locating services.

7. You must lease with property management company, rental owner, apartment community that allows rental rebates. This is why it is best to contact All Texas Rentals before you visit a property and before you lease a property to ensure you will qualify for the rebate.
8. You must notify and submit a Rebate Form to All Texas Rentals  within 30 days after you have completed and submitted a rental application. (rebate form needs be a link)
9. You must notify us of any changes to your contact information.
10. All Texas Rentals will pay, when allowed by law, one rebate per person, per rental unit. Person(s) who knowingly submit multiple rebates or try to misrepresent a rental lease will forfeit their rebate(s) immediately and All Texas Rentals will not be required to render any compensation. Rebates not claimed within 30 days of being issued will be forfeited.
11. All Texas Rentals pays up to a $200.00 rebate for the following lease terms and conditions:

***Please remember your rebate will be available 14 days after we receive our leasing fee for your rental unit. Properties pay at different times, payments are normally received 60-180 days after you move-in. We will notify you when we receive payment.
