- Community Amenities which includes: list of the amenities your property has to offer, pet policy.
- Listing Headline: You get to provide a main listing headline.
- Community Description: You get to provide a detailed description of your property.
- Photo Upload Feature
- Optional Featured Listing Feature: Your property will be displayed and featured at the top of all members/renters search results. If you are interested in this feature there is an additional fee of $250.00. You will be prompted for payment at the time you enter your listing or we can send an invoice. You agree to pay All Texas Rentals a referral fee comparable to other rental locating services within 60 days of move-in. A late payment fee of 5% will be added to our rental locating fee on the 61st day and every 30 days thereafter if payment is not paid in full. Property Owners/Managers/Landlord's will also allow All Texas Rentals to pay a rebate from the rental locating fee we collect from the property owner/manager/landlord to any clients who use our rental locating service.***
